For this prestigious beachfront hotel located in Bečići, our company was responsible for the complete design and execution of electrical systems and building automation.

Scope of work:

Design of high-voltage systems (lighting, power supply, main distribution)

Design of low-voltage systems (structured cabling, video surveillance, intercoms, fire alarm, telephony, internet)

Design and implementation of BMS (Building Management System) and RMS (Room Management System)

Design and implementation of electric motor drives and automation systems

Design and assembly of:

Control and command panels

Automation cabinets

Fire protection panels

Power distribution boards

Apartment electrical panels

Low-voltage racks (IT and telecom racks)

Execution of all high- and low-voltage electrical installations

Assembly, programming, and commissioning of all electrical and automation panels

System-wide testing, functional verification, and final commissioning
