Our panel engineers are also site engineers involved with installation, software design and commissioning. This means they have a truly indepth understanding of controls and integration, and have extensive HVAC and plant knowledge.

The team creating our panels know exactly what they are being for, how they will be installed, and have a real understanding of the projects themselves. They are not just following a panel diagram.

We design our own control panel/switchgear units inhouse. For this purpose, the our electrical engineers use the EPLAN Electric P8 CAE tool. Following the actual electrical design phase, a 3D structural design is also implemented in Pro Panel, as well as Eaton’s or ABB’s configuration and pricing software that enables our experts to design, configure and calculate the cost of low-voltage switchgear assemblies (Eaton Configurator xEnergy, ABB e-Design).

All equipment is powered up at the factory and fully tested for functionality prior to leaving our facility. Our internal procedures and standards ensure that our panels are delivered ready for field startup and commissioning.
