Hotel SUNRAF, Montenegro (5★)
On the Hotel SUNRAF project, our team was responsible for the complete design and implementation of electrical installations and automation systems, ensuring seamless integration of smart technologies for comfort and control.
Scope of work:
Design and execution of high-voltage systems (power supply, lighting, distribution)
Design and implementation of low-voltage systems:
Structured cabling systems (SCS)
Internet and IP telephony
CCTV surveillance
Intercom systems
Card-based access control for apartments
Public address system (PA)
Fire alarm and detection systems (FAS), including evacuation signaling
Design and execution of automation and motor control systems
Design, assembly, and installation of:
Power distribution panels (main and subpanels)
Low-voltage cabinets (rack and telecom enclosures)
Control and command panels
Automation cabinets
NKRO panels (low-voltage control and distribution enclosures)
Wiring, programming, and commissioning of all control systems and panels
Full system testing and verification In addition, we designed the interior lighting for all apartments and common areas, as well as the architectural façade lighting. Special attention was given to the emergency and evacuation lighting, fully compliant with safety regulations and standards.
